Do you offer bridal makeup services?
Yes! We can accommodate bridal parties of up to 5 members either in our studio, or on location for an additional travel fee. Each request is handled on an individual basis. Please call the studio to inquire about bridal services.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted at this time.
Do you ever take appointments outside of your set business hours?
Our set business hours are:
Tuesday – Thursday: 9AM – 8PM
Friday: 9AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 8AM – 2PM
Sunday – Monday: Closed
If you’d like to make an appointment outside of these hours please call us at (262) 339-2889. We may be able to accommodate your request. Please note that all after hours appointments are approved at the discretion of the artist and are subject to a $50 after hours fee.
Do you accept clients with existing eyelash extensions applied by another artist?
Yes, we sure do! We even have a special service just for you called our “Foreign Fill.” At this appointment your artist will examine your existing extensions to ensure they’re applied properly. As long as your existing extensions are not compromising the integrity of your natural lashes, we can proceed with the fill. In the event your natural lashes are compromised by your existing extensions, we would recommend a removal service and book another appointment for a full set. If you’d like us to assess your current eyelash extensions before committing to a Foreign Fill, book a free 30 minute Consultation!
Why do I need to put a credit card on file when booking an appointment?
Putting a valid credit card on file when booking your appointment falls in accordance with our No-Show/Cancellation policy (see our Policies page for more information). Essentially, it’s our way of ensuring clients show up to their scheduled appointments. We know your time is valuable, and so is ours. Don’t worry, your card will never be charged without your knowledge, and you can pay for your service with a different card than the one you’ve placed on file.
What are eyelash extensions?
Semi-permanent individual eyelash extensions are placed one by one onto each individual healthy natural lash and last the life cycle of your natural lashes. They add volume, length, curl, and darkness. Individual eyelash extensions are not to be confused with the temporary stick-on strip lashes or cluster lashes.
Why should I get eyelash extensions?
– Save time getting ready (perfect for busy women)
– No need for mascara
– Lasts indefinitely with regular fills and proper care
– Safe in showers, pools, and saunas
– Weightless feel
– Can be as natural or dramatic as you like
– Opens up and defines your eyes so you appear more awake
What should I do if I can’t decide between Classic, Hybrid, or Volume lashes?
If you’re not sure which type of lashes to get, that’s okay! Book your appointment for any full set of lashes and we can decide what’s best for you through a consultation once you get to the studio. The amount of time carved out for each full set service is the same.
How are they applied?
A single natural eyelash is isolated and an extension is glued meticulously, approximately 0.5mm from the eyelid onto the natural lash. Neither the glue nor the extension make contact with the skin.
Is the service painful?
Absolutely not! It is a painless and relaxing service. Many clients take the time to catch up on some sleep during their appointment.
How long does the application take?
A full set of eyelash extensions can take anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the lash style and the density of your natural lashes. Fills are scheduled for 1.5 hours. Extended fills are scheduled for 2 hours.
What are extensions made of?
The extensions we use at Graced Face Beauty Studio are made of the highest quality silk and synthetic materials to ensure they maintain their shape and style.
Is the glue safe?
Yes! We take great measures to make sure the adhesive does not come in contact with the skin or eyes. The adhesive we use at Graced Face Beauty Studio is high quality, professional strength, and medical grade.
How long will they last?
Your natural eyelashes continuously grow and shed, just like the hair on your head. As your natural lashes fall out, so will the extensions that are on those lashes. The better you care for your lash extensions, the longer they will last. We recommend coming every 2-3 weeks to get your lashes filled.
What is a fill?
A fill is a maintenance service where we replace any extensions that have fallen out and attach new extensions to healthy natural lashes. Fills are necessary to keep your lashes looking full and beautiful.
What is the difference between a fill and an extended fill?
A fill is our standard maintenance service that takes 1 hour and is designed for the client who has at least 50% of their eyelash extensions remaining. An extended fill takes 1.5 hours and is designed for the client who has at least 25% of their eyelash extensions remaining. If a client has less than 25% of their extensions remaining, they will need a new full set.
Can eyelash extensions be removed?
Yes, they can be professionally removed resulting in no damage to your natural lashes.
Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Your trained lash artist will work with you to determine which lash style and length is appropriate for your natural lashes to prevent any damage from occurring. As long as you do not pull on your extensions, no damage to the natural lash will occur.
What should I do before my eyelash extension appointment?
– Remove all traces of makeup, especially around the eyes
– Do not perm or curl your eyelashes before your appointment
– If you wear contact lenses, please bring your contact lens case as they will need to be removed for the service (but can be put back in right after)

– Do not get them wet
– Avoid steam or hot water on the face
– Avoid crying or sweating
– Gently wash your lashes every night and let them air dry
