ARRIVAL

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with a clean/makeup free face. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your service may be cancelled/rescheduled.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel an appointment without penalty.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out by email or text at 72 and 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hour notice, you may be charged for 50% of your scheduled service. If you no call/no show your appointment, you will be charged for 100% of your scheduled service. Fees will be charged at the sole discretion of Graced Face Beauty Studio. A valid credit card must be placed on file at the time of booking and will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect the valuable time we set aside especially for you. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention, and of course, the best lash and makeup artistry Milwaukee has to offer!

AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS

We may be able to accommodate special situations that require eyelash extension or makeup artistry services outside our normal business hours. All after hours appointments are approved at the discretion of the artist and are subject to an additional $50 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule an after hours appointment.

REFUND POLICY

You are paying for artist time, product, and other costs associated with providing your service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We want you to be happy with your service and will do everything we can to remedy the situation.
